Tribeca-001

The Bache Audio engineering team, in response to customer requests, decided to put into production a loudspeaker to meet all of the sound requirements applied to their flagship Bache Audio-002, but without any built-in amplification. We made the foot print as small as possible, without sacrificing the resulting sound pressure. Our efforts have resulted in an excellent passive loudspeaker, the TRIBECA.

The TRIBECA-001 gets to the heart of the music just like its big brother, the -002, utilizing the same quality components – a wide band driver made by Tang (band modified by Bache-Audio) with its bamboo fiber cone that covers an extremely flat response in the 700-10000HZ region (very important for voice reproduction) and the same top-of-the-line Supertweeter by Fostex, the Ft-96 EX-2. By using this Supertweeter, Bache Audio extends the high frequency response, delivering a huge soundstage. Our two 8″ woofers are strengthened with two rigid black anodized aluminum cones for stronger bass respons.
